On May 18–19, a delegation from Istanbul Naval Shipyard, Türkiye’s largest shipyard, traveled to China to conduct an on-site factory inspection at Feng’erda Group. Focused on the Group’s core metal abrasives products, the delegation thoroughly assessed its manufacturing capabilities, reached a consensus, and successfully signed an order—marking a solid step forward for both parties in jointly expanding the international market.
As a professional manufacturer of metal abrasives, Feng’erda has deep roots in the industry for years, with four core product lines: steel shot, steel grit, alloy steel shot, and cut wire shot. Recently, the Group launched the high-end FG series products, which, boasting superior performance and precise quality, have become a key driver for expanding into the international market. During this visit, the Istanbul Naval Shipyard delegation focused on the entire product production process, enterprise scale, and high-end product capabilities.
The delegation visited the raw material workshop, steel shot production workshop, and cut wire shot production workshop in sequence, observing the complete production process from raw material selection to finished product output up close, and inquiring in detail about core aspects such as production technology and quality control. Seeing 6 medium-frequency furnaces operating efficiently and 12 production lines running in an orderly manner, enabling large-scale and standardized production, the delegation repeatedly praised Feng’erda’s production efficiency and strength. A subsequent tour of the finished goods warehouse, with its ample inventory and standardized warehouse management, further alleviated the client’s supply concerns and reinforced confidence in Feng’erda’s delivery capacity.
Following the on-site inspection, both sides discussed details of product cooperation, application scenarios of the high-end FG series, and subsequent supply plans. The client highly recognized Feng’erda’s production scale, product quality, and competitiveness of its high-end products, finalized the cooperation on the spot, and successfully signed an order!
